About the Event
Collier County Planning staff will present an overview of the East Naples Community Development Plan and discuss the implications of Florida Senate Bill 180 on this local planning initiative. This presentation will highlight how the plan’s vision promotes balanced growth, enhances community character, and supports economic opportunity in East Naples. Staff will also examine how recent state legislation impacts Collier County’s ability to adopt regulatory changes for this area and how this has affected development within the US 41 corridor.
