Pat Sherry - President
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Pat grew up in New Jersey then moved to Connecticut to raise her family. In Connecticut, Pat and her husband, owned tax accounting offices. She has been in Naples since 2004.
Pat has always been involved in her community. Serving several offices in Connecticut, including Board of Education and Town Council.
She currently serves on the Collier County Water and Wastewater Authority and the Infrastructure Surtax Citizens Oversight Committee.

Lenore Meurer - VP Civic Affairs
Originally from New York, Lenore spent her career serving the Not-for-Profit sector as a Quality Assurance auditor, investigator, and policy writer, ensuring quality services to clients and compliance with NYS State and Federal rules and regulations. She served on various committees such as Event planning and Fund raising throughout her tenure. Graduate work is in Public Health Administration and Clinical Psychology. Since moving to Naples, served as Condominium Association President at Lely Condominium of Southwest Florida for 10 years, and continue to serve on committees such as Governance and CAI Institute Fund raising and Education Committees. I continue to work collaboratively with Collier County staff in our shared mission of improving the quality of lives for our citizens and in the conservation of our environment here in East Naples.
George Danz - Secretary
George is originally from Michigan. He served four years in the USAF, received his BS from Oklahoma State University and a Masters Degree from Florida International University. He served as a Fire Chief in Michigan and Wisconsin before being appointed as Director of Emergency Services (Fire & EMS) in Broward County, FL. He then served as Chief of Operations/Director of the Medical Examiner and Trauma Services Division of Broward County before retiring and moving to Naples. In addition to being an ENCA Board Member, George is a Trustee on the Greater Naples Fire Pension Board and a member of the Collier County Fire Chiefs EMS Committee.
Thomas Cannon - Treasurer
Tom and his wife Gale moved to Collier County in 1977 from Northwest Indiana and established residency in East Naples in 1980. In 1984 Tom opened his own accounting office after attending Florida Southwestern State College and the University of South Florida. He had the pleasure to serve on the East Naples Fire and Rescue board for 28 years and numerous others boards over the years.
Matthew Boggan - Director

Matthew brings a diverse range of experiences to the East Naples Civic and Commerce Board. From his early entrepreneurial endeavors, including founding his first web design company, DESIGN MNB, at the age of 15, to working in the Florida House of Representatives, he has demonstrated a passion for innovation and community engagement. With a Bachelor's and MBA from FGCU, Matthew's expertise spans business management, marketing, and consulting. As the owner of Gulf Coast Agency, a successful marketing and consulting firm, and the managing partner of Stix Sushi & Seafood in East Naples, he is deeply committed to the growth and prosperity of our community. His dynamic background and dedication to excellence make him a valuable addition to our board.
John F. Hooley - Director
John has been a member of ENCA since 1986, originally working with Donna Fiala on median beatification. He served continuously on the Board of directors since 1988, including two terms as president. He is a practicing lawyer, board certified in civil trial law and commercial litigation. He has lived here since 1982 and believes that our service in ENCA has made East Naples a better place to live for all of us.
Donna Fiala - Director

Donna moved to Collier County in 1974 from Cleveland, Ohio. She worked for Provincetown/Boston Airline for 13 years, and when the airline closed she took a job with Naples Community Hospital. In the year 2000 she ran for County Commissioner, wanting to improve living conditions in East Naples, and won the election. She dedicated her work and her life to improve the area, and was reelected to 5 terms before she decided to retire. She remains active in the community, serving on the East Naples Civic Assoc board of directors, in the East Naples Kiwanis Club, serves on the board for Friends of Rookery Bay, attends the Bayshore Community Development meetings regularly, has always been a strong advocate of the County Parks system, a champion for the Pickleball Tournaments, loves the Botanical Garden and serves when needed. Donna was the only Commissioner in history to serve 5 consecutive terms before retiring.
Jeff Macasevich - Director

Jeffrey is a native of Bethlehem, PA and moved to Florida in 1997. He is a licensed Florida Funeral Director and Embalmer and is presently associated with Naples Funeral Home in East Naples. Jeff is a member of the East Naples Kiwanis and served as a distinguished Past President and Vice President. Jeff has also been Santa Claus here in East Naples and throughout Collier County for many years.
James A. Pusateri - Director
A resident of East Naples since moving from the Greater Kansas City Area in 2003. He is a retired attorney and has served as an Assistant United States Attorney, United States Bankruptcy Judge, member of the Collier County Affordable Housing Committee, President of the East Naples Foundation and currently serves on the Associations Board of Directors.
Jacob Winge - Director

A Fifth Generation Floridian with deep roots in East Naples, Jacob's commitment to community service is evident through his extensive volunteer work and involvement with over two dozen organizations and county advisory boards. Jacob is a proud product of Collier County Public Schools, Florida SouthWestern State College and Ave Maria University. Throughout his career, Jacob has showcased his strategic planning acumen, leading major fundraising committees and advocating for important causes across Florida. His contributions extend to senior care, zoos, and higher education. In recognition of his achievements, Jacob was honored as a "40 Under 40" awardee by Gulfshore Business Magazine in 2021. Jacob served for five years as President of ENC&C and he and his wife life in Quail Hollow.
